"Easy to Use, Just Bad Timing Sometimes"
The Uber Eats app is simple and quick for the most part. I can find nearby places, track my driver, and reorder my usual meals without having to think too much. Every now and then it loads a little slow, but of course it usually happens right when I’m already hungry or in a rush, so the timing makes it feel more annoying than it probably is. Overall though, it works well for me

"Quick delivery when I really needed it"
I ordered dinner on Uber Eats because I felt kind of trapped at home and really didn’t want to deal with going out. It actually showed up way faster than the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. The driver found my place with no issue, and the food was still hot when it arrived. i was just relieved I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever. Smooth experience overall.

My order showed up hot, and the food tasted fresh. The fries were still crispy, and the burger had a lot of flavor. it was better than I expected. I’m usually a little skeptical ordering from places where customer service can be hit or miss, so I was pleasantly surprised this time.

I had a problem with my order and expected it to drag on for days, but support replied way quicker than I thought. They handled the refund without making it a whole thing, which was a relief. Something about it just felt way less stressful than I was expecting.

I use Uber Eats often, probably more than I should, and it’s been really reliable for me. My food almost always shows up on time, and being able to track the driver makes the whole thing way less stressful. I haven’t had any missed deliveries either, which is kind of a relief because that’s the last thing you want when you’re already hungry

I’m relieved with how good the coverage is in my area. Most places deliver without any issue, which makes life so much easier. There are still a few spots missing, but overall I’m really happy with it.

I order through Uber Eats fairly often, and one thing I’ve actually appreciated is that the menu details are usually accurate. Prices, item names, add-ons, and options tend to match what shows up from the restaurant, so I’m not left guessing or hoping I picked the right thing.

I also like that items that are sold out are usually marked before I get to checkout. It’s not perfect, since I’ve had a couple small changes or missing details here and there, but overall it’s been dependable enough to make ordering dinner a lot easier

The food showed up fine, so no complaints there. The annoying part was my card getting declined once for no obvious reason, and logging into my account was more frustrating than it needed to be. I mean, you’d think that stuff should just work. Support did end up fixing it, though, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end...

I mostly use Uber Eats when I’ve got a promo code, and it’s been smooth for me. The codes usually go through fine, no random checkout errors or sneaky little conditions most of the time. Saved a few bucks on dinners here and there, which is always nice. The app’s easy enough to use too, so yeah, I’m happy with it overall.

"Decent, but Not Quite What I Expected"
The food showed up warm, which was nice, but I was expecting the fries to be a bit crispier. They were a little soggy, so that was kind of disappointing. Overall, it was okay, just not quite as good as I’d hoped

"Sooo much smoother than I expected"
My order showed up missing an entire meal, and I was prettyyyy annoyed at first. I messaged through the app real quick, added a photo, and explained what happened. Uber Eats got back to me fast, refunded the missing item, and even gave me a small credit for the hassle. No endless back-and-forth, no weird excuses. It really made a frustrating order feel wayyy less annoying.

"Missing item got sorted fast"
One thing was missing from my order, which was a bit frustrating at first.

I reported it through the app and figured it might turn into a whole back-and-forth, but Uber Eats got back to me quickly and refunded the item without any drama.
it was handled well. Stuff happens, but they fixed it fast, so I’m good with it

My order came in good shape, no spills or nothing so that was nice. The drinks was sealed tight and the bag packed decent. Only thing was one of the boxes got a little squashed, but not a big deal
